Many families book on behalf of a parent and are welcome to sit in on our session. We’re happy to loop a family member into scheduling.

Our sessions are $100 for 90 minutes, and $50/hour for any additional time needed.

No technical background knowledge is required. We move at your pace, answer every question without rushing, and make sure you understand what’s happening at each step.

There’s no such thing as a silly question in a Tune-Up.

We never ask for, view, or store your passwords. We guide you through locking down your accounts while you type in your own information. You stay in complete physical control of your devices throughout.

We never access your devices without your explicit permission, and we don’t sell or resell third-party software. If a trusted safety tool would genuinely help, we’ll recommend it and walk you through installing it yourself.
